We’re looking for one exceptional person

Sales & Operations Manager

ProgramWorks is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to help us run it, grow it, and figure out what comes next.

Tell us about yourself

What You’ll Do

The position is based out of our office/studio space in Norwood, but it’s flexible—not a job where you need to be in the office every day. The space is there when you need it for meetings, materials, coordination, or just a place to work.

The ProgramWorks family of brands includes Therapy Gardens, SeniorU, and a growing collection of community programs and experiences. Much of the initial work will support Therapy Gardens and our established network of customers and presenters.

The job is pretty straightforward: help us sell programs and keep things running smoothly.

  • Following up with customers and developing new business
  • Scheduling programs and presenters
  • Coordinating presenters, materials, and workshop kits
  • Managing routine customer communication
  • Keeping track of what’s booked, pending, and needs attention
  • Finding better ways to operate and grow

You should be comfortable with sales. You don’t need to be a stereotypical salesperson, but you should enjoy talking with people, following up, asking for the business, and making things happen.

Who We’re Looking For

It’s not about credentials. It’s about people.

You should be organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to solve problems without waiting for someone to tell you what to do. An entrepreneurial streak is a big plus.

This Could Become Something Bigger

We’re not necessarily looking for someone who wants a 15-hour-a-week job forever.

Our long-term vision for ProgramWorks is to build individual businesses and brands with strong entrepreneurial people running them. For the right person, this could grow into a larger leadership role and potentially an owner-operator or partnership opportunity.

If you’ve ever thought you’d enjoy running a small business—but didn’t necessarily want to start one from scratch—we’d especially like to talk with you.

There are no promises about where it leads. First, we see if we’re a good fit and whether we can build something together.

Interested? Tell Us About Yourself.

No résumé. No formal cover letter. Just tell us a little about yourself, what you’ve done, and why this opportunity caught your attention.
